Michael Sabo - Founder & Executive Director 

Michael Sabo founded Prison Consultants of America with a mission to provide strategic guidance, preparation, and support to individuals and families navigating the federal criminal justice system. For more than two decades, he has worked with clients facing complex federal investigations, sentencing proceedings, and incarceration challenges. His leadership has helped establish PCA as one of the nation's most recognized prison consulting organizations, assisting clients across a wide range of white collar and healthcare fraud cases. Michael oversees all client strategy, case assessments, and organizational operations. 

Mark James - Vice President of Operations

Mark James manages day-to-day operations and client engagement initiatives for Prison Consultants of America. He works closely with legal teams, families, and clients to ensure each case receives individualized attention and strategic planning. Mark's expertise in operational management, client communications, and case coordination helps deliver a seamless experience from pre-sentencing preparation through post-release planning. He is committed to helping clients understand every phase of the federal prison process while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. 

Jennifer Lawson - Healthcare Executive Advisory Consultant

Jennifer Lawson brings extensive healthcare administration experience to PCA's healthcare fraud practice. Her background includes hospital operations, compliance oversight, and executive leadership within large healthcare organizations. She assists healthcare professionals facing federal prosecution by developing individualized preparation plans that address both professional and personal concerns.

Samuel Carter - Reentry & Post-Incarceration Planning Director

Samuel Carter specializes in helping clients build successful transition plans for life after incarceration. His work focuses on employment readiness, reputation rebuilding, family reunification strategies, and long-term reintegration. Samuel believes preparation before incarceration is essential to achieving positive outcomes after release and works closely with clients to create realistic, actionable post-release goals.

David Reynolds - Federal Designation & Classification Specialist | Former BOP Case Manager 

David Reynolds served for nearly two decades as a Bureau of Prisons case management professional. He developed expertise in inmate classification systems, designation procedures, program eligibility, and release planning. David helps clients understand how institutional decisions are made and prepares them for successful adjustment within federal facilities. 

Robert Mitchell - Senior Federal Prison Consultant | Former Bureau of Prisons Administrator 

Robert Mitchell spent over 25 years with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, serving in leadership roles at multiple federal correctional institutions. His extensive knowledge of inmate classification, designation procedures, and institutional operations provides clients with valuable insight into how federal facilities function.
